WHAT
IS MEDIATION?
The mediation is a method of extrajudicial resolution of conflicts, by means of which, one third neutral and specialized person (mediating) facilitates to the parts the confidential management of the conflict, through a colaborative dialogue, in order that they reach a free and voluntary and satisfactory agreement on the problematic one.
WHICH AREAS WE TAKE PART ABOUT?
The mediation can be applied as much to enterprise conflicts (with suppliers, between industralists, with final clients, workers...) like relatives (of separations, divorces, intergenerational, familiar, smaller successions, companies, etc...) or like communitarian conflicts (between neighbors, of district, like consumers, between companies, with the public administrations...) among others.
WHAT THEY TRY
To facilitate to implied in a conflict the possibility of solving the problems through the dialogue reaching satisfactory and lasting agreements outside the judicial structure. Evidently, this service is private and confidential, economic than the judicial route and lasts less time, with a considerable reduction of the human, enterprise and social costs that tolerate the application of coercive systems of resolution of conflicts and offers the opportunity to propose personally the solutions to resolve the own conflict.
